Pastor Marlon Francis considers himself a charismatic introvert. He has a big heart for people, and he enjoys the solitude and peace he finds in study, contemplation, and connecting with nature. He is a former college athlete who still fans the flames of sports competition through the grueling game of golf. He and his wife Georgia of 20 years are the devoted parents of Andre, Auston, and Ava Francis.
He graduated from Living Word Community Church School of Ministry and shortly after in August 2012, he was ordained as a minister. He began his pastoral ministry as a Youth Pastor and eventually transitioned into the Associate Pastor role. He has faithfully labored for Grace Christian Family Church for many years, and now serves as Lead Pastor. Pastor Marlon, as he is affectionately called, is driven by the directive of James 4:10: “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up”.
